The 2012 World Championship took place August 10 – August 12, 2012. The 10th Anniversary of the World Championship concluded the 2012 National Season by crowning Akikazu Saito as the new World Champion. There were 27 competitors qualified for the main event via the 2012 World Championship Qualifers, 26 in attendance.
